THE BEAUTY OF THAILAND....

 Today we shall talk about Thailand, Thailand is located in the middle of Southeast Asia, with a population of 69.3 million people.

 The country's capital is called Bangkok, and the country shares borders with Cambodia, Malaysia, Myanmar, and Laos.

 These are features that make Thailand a better place  for travelers or Tourists:

 Pai, the Grand Palace Bangkok, Sunday walking street Chiang Mai, the historical city of Ayutthaya, the Khao Yai National Park, the Sukhothai Old City, the Railay beaches, and the Koh Phi Phi.

 what makes Thailand the most visited country by tourists in Asia, these are things that encourage tourists to visit Thailand:

 The Hua Hin Beach, it's among the most famous beaches in the world, Hospitality, it's said that the Thai people are the friendliest in the world, and they are ready to help anybody.

 therefore if you're planning for a holiday Thailand is the right choice.

 The Tuk Tuk, the Thai people love traveling by tuk tuk and it's the most popular means of transport in the country it has also played a big role in the transportation of tourists to different places within the country.

 Floating markets, A cannot-miss experience, shopping from floating markets is a sight to behold! A glimpse into the way how locals live, these markets sell everything from vegetables to groceries and even prepared local dishes!

 These makeshift markets are set up in the small waterways that Thailand is dotted with every evening and morning. From fresh produce to flowers, these floating markets have it all.

 The Tiger Temple, Thailand’s most popular tourist attraction, Tiger Temple is a different world in itself.

 Tigers that roam openly on the premises, being raised by monks are a sight you can see only here.

 Animals and men living in tranquillity and openly are what make this place one of a kind.

 What’s more, tourists can take a stroll with these big cats, and even take a photo.

 The Elephant Show, Thailand’s most popular tourist attraction, Tiger Temple is a different world in itself. Tigers that roam openly on the premises, being raised by monks are a sight you can see only here.

 What’s more, tourists can take a stroll with these big cats, and even take a photo, The China town in Thailand, Chinatown in Thailand sounds a bit off, but it is amazing.

 Delicious street food at cheap rates, you must try them once! The level of excitement is best during the Chinese New Year. This should be at the top of your list when in Thailand.

 The Wat Arun, A temple in Bangkok, Wat Arun’s riverside location makes this place the most stunning attraction in Bangkok. Sunrise and sunset are the best times to visit this spiritual wonder.

 Temple premises dotted with spires and beautifully decorated temple walls, this place is where you will awaken your spiritual side. 

 The Bangkok National Museum, With a UNSECO-approved piece of art, culture lovers should head here.        

 A treasure house of culture and history, this museum is bound to make anyone fall in love with it.

 Bangkok sea life, This place is one of the largest aquariums in Asia and provides a fresh respite from Bangkok’s hot outdoors.

 Prices may be steep but this is the closest most will get to witnessing sea creatures at large! One of Bangkok’s most visited attractions, this is one place you must visit while in Bangkok.

 The Street food stalls, Bangkok and Thailand, the best way to experience both is through its cuisine.

 The best way to do that is to try the street food. Bangkok is filled with streets that are lined up with vendor selling their fares. Grilled fish, shrimp, and soups are bound to bring out your newfound love for the city and you’ll leave with a special place for Thai food in your heart!

 Those are the main features that attract tourists to visit Thailand. That's why I call Thailand ( The Asian dream) for tourists.

UGANDA / THE PEARL OF AFRICA....

  • Uganda is located in the eastern part of Africa, the country is bordered by Congo in the west, southern Sudan in the north, Kenya in the east, and Rwanda and Tanzania to the south.                                                                                          
  • The country lies on the equator, and the line divides the country into two parts; the southern and the northern parts. Recently the country's population has grown and it's considered to be around 46 million people.                              
  • Due to recent research, it was discovered that Uganda has the youngest population in the world. With the majority population ranging from 35 and below years of age.                      
  • Uganda has a variety of tourist attractions such as; game parks, zoo parks, rivers, lakes, mountains, and many more.         
  •  The country is improving its infrastructure for example roads and bridges have been constructed countrywide.                 
  •  Hotels, motels, resorts, guest houses, and lodges have also been improved with suitable and attractive accommodations for tourists in different cities.                                                         
  • These are the main cities in Uganda, Kampala is the capital, Mbale is the cleanest city in the eastern part of the country, Jinja is the industrial city, Gulu, Arua, and Soroti as the northern main cities in the country, Masaka is the cultural and traditional city while Mbarara, Kasese and others in the western part of the country.                                                            
  • There are more than one thousand hotels and motels in the country today, and these are the main ones:

  • The country has got a variety of things to offer everything you might need in the travel world is most likely to be in Uganda.                                                                                          
  • Uganda boasts some of Africa’s most stunning landscapes, including crystal-clear lakes, snow-capped mountains, tropical rain forests, semi-hared savanna, primates, birds, and much more.                                                                                              
  • Winston Churchill called it the Pearl of Africa, describing it as a fairy tale. Due to its location on the equator, the country has unique environmental attributes and a moderate climate.                                                                   
  • Words are not enough to describe Uganda but you need to see the country yourself.                                                           
    The people of Uganda are the most friendly people you can ever find on earth, they are warm welcoming, and always hospitable to foreigners.                                                                  
  • Most of the locals can speak basic English, Luganda. and Swahili languages.

Uganda is a dream to tourists.

Uganda is located in the eastern sub-Sahara just right in the heart of Africa, despite it being a landlocked country; it is also one of Africa’s best bio-diverse countries.
The country inhabits a lot of natural gifts ranging from flora, fauna, relief, water bodies, cultures, and other iconic features. With all the natural gifts that Uganda has, it rises up to be one the best safari destinations that will give no regret to visitors at any moment.

Uganda offers various kinds of safaris like wildlife safaris in all 10 national parks and 11 game reserves within the boundaries of the country, the sought-after gorillas in Bwindi impenetrable national park, and Mgahinga National Park in the southwest of the country, culture safaris in over 50 cultural communities all with unique cultural attributes, hiking in the mountains such as mountain Rwenzori, mountain Elgon, and others.

Lake Victoria.

Lake Victoria was first called Lake Nalubale which is the largest water body in Africa and also the home to the world’s longest river, River Nile where it starts its maiden journey to the Mediterranean Sea in North Africa. The lake is shared by mainly Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania with an area of about 26,828 sq. miles.
It has an irregular shape hence protruding many potential shores for beach tourism to take place along the banks of the lake. The lake is one of Uganda’s cheapest destinations that a traveler can enjoy while experiencing activities like beach soccer, swimming, fishing, photography, and music concerts, among others.

Ssese Islands.

These islands are one of the treasures hidden within Lake Victoria, the largest freshwater lake in Africa. These islands are always a surprise to visitors since they don’t realize they as a great experience similar to Zanzibar but in a freshwater body.
These islands offer an amazing experience of sandy Beaches, sport fishing, swimming, nature walks on private islands, birding, horseback riding, biking, boat rides, windsurfing, and sunset cruises not for getting chimpanzee tracking in Ngamba Island Chimpanzee sanctuary.

Source of River Nile.

River Nile is the longest river in the world with its source from Uganda right in Lake Victoria flowing northwards to South Sudan, Sudan, and Egypt, and pours into the Mediterranean Sea. The source of the Nile is one of the world’s most vocal points that every being will wish to visit and it’s among the cheapest destinations that a visitor can grab on any safari in Ugnanda.

The Source of River Nile offers amazing tourist activities with unique adventurous activities for adventure seekers, like boat rides to the source of the Nile, white water rafting, kayaking, bungee jumping, river surfing, sport fishing, jet boating, sunrise and sunset cruise, among others. Sipi falls.

Sipi Falls located in the eastern part of Uganda is about 277 km from Kampala, located in Kapchorwa district. The falls are situated on the foothills of the mountain Elgon National Park near the Kenyan border with Uganda.
Sipi Falls is composed of 3 waterfalls flowing in different heights but all have beautiful scenery. This is the point where most hikes to mountain Elgon normally begin but hiking to the top of the falls gives a beautiful scenery of Lake Kyoga, Karamoja lowlands, and the coffee plantations of the surrounding area.
These falls offer the experience of being in a free area out of congestion, for chilling, refreshing, and getting away. The most vital element is the hospitable communities around this area which makes the destination an unforgettable place for community/village encounters.

Ziwa Rhino and Wildlife Sanctuary.

Zziwa Rhino Sanctuary is located in Nakasongola district, about 176 km from Kampala, the capital city of Uganda. This is home to one of the most endangered mammals in the world, the rhino. This sanctuary was established to re-introduce the rhinos back into Uganda which were almost getting extinct from the wild. Ziwa Sanctuary is the only place where visitors can be able to do rhino tracking in Uganda. Currently, the sanctuary is home to over 20 rhinos and it is becoming famous for travelers looking for Rhino trekking experience as well as canoe rides, birding, night walks, and relaxation.

Lake Nabugabo.

This lake is situated next to Lake Victoria and is well known for its beaches, coastlines, and rare bird species. It is one of the lakes in Uganda where swimming is recommended.
This area is one of the Ramsar sites because of its vital purpose for the local community and different animal species.


This lake is unique for its biodiversity which includes over 250 plant species that have been recorded and the home for two plants not found elsewhere in Uganda as well as the dominant carnivorous plants and members of the Xyriadacea family.
Many species of Indigenous fish like Cichlidaehave been recorded here and some three fish species were introduced into Lake Nabugabo in the 1950s, i.e. Oreochromis niloticus, Oreochromis, and Tilapia.
The fauna ecosystem consists of a wide variety of animal communities, including hippopotamus and Sitatunga.
While birds like kingfishers, crested cranes, and other important resident birds can be sighted, Nabugabo is a vital stopover destination for migratory birds as well.
During some seasons of the year, the site holds more than 15% of the world’s population of the Blue Swallow and supports five globally threatened and nearly threatened birds. This is one of the cheapest travel destinations in Uganda.

Uganda Wildlife Education Center.

This destination was established in 1952 and is located along the shorelines of Lake Victoria on 72 acres of land in Entebbe town. This is a conservation area with over 400 Indigenous wild animals, 500 plant species, and 250 bird species in a setting that portrays the vegetation of Uganda i.e. wetland, Savannah, and the rain forest.
Most of these animals have been rescued from smugglers, poachers, and bad communities. Later when rehabilitated, they are released back into the wild and others are given new homes at the site for educational purposes.
This is one of the cheapest destinations for leisure, educational, and research purposes that one will never regret after visiting it.
